How To Build A Dungeon.

Our Wish list

The room has been chosen.

We know what kind of play we want to do in it.

Now, what do we want to put in it?

That's easy to answer....EVERYTHING! Yep! and all the Doms reading this will recognize Themselves. We want EVERYTHING in our dungeon, St. Andrew's cross, spanking bench, suspension gear, tilted table....Everything!

Everything I said! In a 9 by 9 feet room! Ok! Maybe, just maybe it is not possible,,,,hmmmm! So it means that anything that will be put in that room, will have multifunctional usage. I have an ideal for some kind of "bondage multi function machine" but for now, we will use "regular" equipment.

So because of the lack of space, all the equipment in the dungeon will have to be collapsible or foldable for storage.

Using the experience acquired from the TD, here are some of the particularities we will have installed in the room, before we bring any toys or equipment in it.

When we enter the room, the left wall will become a "bondage wall". We will install on the wall slats of wood that will make a grid. This grid will cover completely the wall. The grid will be made of pieces of varnished pine. There will be holes drilled in every board for rings. The grid itself will be perfect for all kinds of play, but the rings that can be attached to it, will expand the possibilities of play.

On the ceiling, using the joist in the attic, rings will be installed every 18 inches, which will create a square pattern of rings. So again, the possibilities for suspension play are almost endless.

The floor will be padded and covered by some kind of fabric. Again, rings will be installed at strategics points on the floor.

Various sized rings will be installed at various points of the opposing walls, making sure that they are installed in the studs and not just in the plaster part of the walls.

On the outside wall where the window is, on each side of the window, small hooks will be installed on little wood slabs attached to the wall, to suspend whips, floggers and other wild and wonderful toys. One of the goals of this room is to have everything handy and ready to use.

On the wall where the door is, there will be shelves installed to put the toys that we cannot suspend, such as the dildos.

On the wall that is to the right when we enter the room,which is also the wall with the closet, We are thinking of covering it with mirrors to make the room appear bigger and at the same time,to be able to use the mirror for play. (Subs like to see what they look like tied up...:) )

In the closet, we will store fetish clothing and some of the collapsible furniture.

Finally, to create the ambiance, a small sound system and colored lighting will be added at some point.

These are the things we want in the dungeon. This is a wish list, now with the future articles, we will see if we can achieve this dream and perhaps even come up with some new ideas along the way with help from our readers.
