Who We Are

When we started to do these articles about our experience on Kink, we wanted to have them all written before the new season of kink started. Obviously, we were not able to do so.....

In two weeks, March 26th, 2004, the fist show will air.

Friday the 26th, don't try to find us. We will be glued to the tv. There is a "premiere" party organised by the Kink producer for that special night. It will be a great experience to watch that first show with the other people involved in the show! When it happens, we will tell you all about it.

Yesterday, surfing on the showcase website, we found the new promo for the new season of Kink in Montreal. This was special to us because of the fact that in the picture, the boots you see are Catharine's. We vividly remember this photo shooting and the gymnastics that Catharine had to endure for the shooting, raising her legs "just the right way" for the picture.

That picture had another effect on us; since the cameras are gone and away, the experience of the last summer's filming seems a bit surreal. We have never seen any of the footage taken of us nor have we seen any of the final editing. Seeing that picture of Catharine's boots, is making this more real now.

Let's be honest here, we accepted to do this, knowing that we would not see the footage and knowing that we would not have any say in final editing, the only control we had was about what were our own actions and when the camera was on and off, now as the premiere gets closer it brings these concepts of being on tv a little closer to home. I said it before, we will either be reprensented by the editing like heros who try to live their own lives amoung a society that misunderstands us....or we will just be freaks on tv!!!!

Depending of the time of the day, we go through different feelings...fear of the "what if" situation (what if I look heavy...) and then, a certain proudness...(We are on TV)....and then....stress again. For the next two weeks, we will go through the ups and downs of this.
We will continue, when time permits, to write the articles about our experience with Kink tv. After the beginning of the season, after each show, we will write a short article about our impressions and feelings of that episode.

The long wait is almost to an end.....and the emotions are very strong within us. BDSM is used by us as an outlet of our emotions and this adventure is bringing much of this! Let's face it, our adventure in BDSM is making our lives VERY interesting....let's hope we will not have to pay too much socialy for this experience.
