How To Build A Dungeon.

Finally the wall that has the entrance door to the dungeon.

A hutch is used to store stuff that cannot be suspended on the wall.....

This hutch needs lots more work! (the plan is to to finish removing all the paint and then stain it mahogany like the rack)

Eyehooks spaced every 16 inches (41cm) make a grid on the ceiling giving this dungeon an ideal setting for suspension play or numerous types of bondage.

Many small decorative touches have been done, frames, little statues (look in the different pictures) give the room the ambience that Catharine wanted.

For some types of play, a small mattress is often used. When not use, it is stored in the other room (the td). A door handle with a lock has been added to the door. When we have vanilla people, the room is locked and we explain to them that all my music stuff is crammed into this room and we don't want them to see the mess.....the lock is there for our safety.

Already, there is some wear and tear on the dungeon. Some work is needed to maintain it. The dungeon is a work in progress. More is added all the time. In the future, more eyehooks will be added to the walls to permit more flexibility for bondage.

Because the wall where we suspend the equipment is getting to be too crowded, more pegboard will be hung on the wall where the mirrors are. We also have plans to make some lighting changes.

We are thinking of puting mirrors on the ceilling for more....hmmmm! display?....exhibition?...your choice!

More equipment is being built for usage in the dungeon. Everything we are building can be removed easily from the dungeon for flexibility. More articles about equipment building will be added in the future.

Already, we love our dungeon and we are making plans to transform the other room (the TD) into a second dungeon, because, often, 2 scenes are happening at the same time.
